1. Who we are

Africa.Forex is a website operated by Friends Fashion Custom Ltd., Bulgaria (VAT BG207248406). Contact: contact@africa.forex.

2. Information, not financial advice

Everything on Africa.Forex, including broker reviews, lessons, calculators, market pages and tools, is general information and education. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument or to open an account with any broker.

We are not a broker, we do not hold client money and we do not execute trades. We are not licensed by the CMA, the FSCA, the SEC Nigeria or any other financial regulator to give advice. Decide for yourself, and speak to a licensed adviser if you need personal advice.

3. Trading risk

Forex and CFDs are leveraged products and carry a high risk of losing money quickly. Most retail accounts lose money. Read our full risk warning before you trade.

4. Broker and licence data

We take licence data from the official registers of the CMA (Kenya) and the FSCA (South Africa) and show the date we last checked. Registers change and we can make mistakes. Always confirm a licence on the regulator's own register before you deposit.

How we check brokers and order our lists is set out in our methodology. Commercial relationships never change a licence result or the order of a list.

5. Scam Watch

Scam Watch lists companies, websites and groups named in official regulator warnings, with the source and date. It does not name private individuals. A name on the list means a regulator issued a warning; it is not our own finding of fraud.

The website risk score in the checker is an automated estimate based on public signals such as news reports and domain age. It can be wrong in both directions. A low score does not mean a company is safe or licensed.

If you represent a listed company and believe an entry is out of date, email contact@africa.forex with the regulator's updated notice and we will review it.

6. Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission if you open an account or buy a subscription through them. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.

7. Free accounts

• You must be 18 or older and give a valid email address.
• One account per person. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are free. If we add paid plans later, they will have their own terms and you will never be charged without choosing a plan.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing contact@africa.forex. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. What you must not do

• Submit false withdrawal reports or reports about a broker you have no account with.
• Scrape, copy or republish our broker database, lessons or Scam Watch list in bulk.
• Overload the checkers or tools with automated requests.
• Use the site to promote signal groups, account management or any unlicensed investment offer.

9. Content you send us

When you submit a withdrawal report or a scam tip you allow us to publish it in anonymous, aggregated form on the site. Do not include personal data about yourself or anyone else.

10. Our content

Texts, lessons, data compilations, calculators and design are owned by Friends Fashion Custom Ltd. or used under licence. You may share links and quote short passages with a link back. Prices and charts are provided by TradingView and other third parties under their own terms.

11. Other websites

Links to brokers, regulators and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or how they treat your money and data.

12. Liability

We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, but we provide the site “as is”, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost deposits, or decisions made using information on the site.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

13. Where the site is available

The site is aimed at readers in Africa. It is not intended for residents of the United States or of any country where its content would be against local law.

14. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. See also our privacy policy.
