Empire FX review 2026: is Empire FX legit in Kenya and South Africa?

Empire FX is a young Kenyan broker with a CMA dealing licence (Empire FX Trade Limited, licence 203). It offers KES accounts, MT5 and M-Pesa withdrawals. As a dealing broker it can take the other side of your trades, and it has little public track record, so start small.

About Empire FX

TradeInformer reports that Kenyan investors own the company, including a major shareholder of the betting firm Betika. In May 2026 it hired Pepperstone's former Africa head as chief operating officer.
